JAMIE WILSON(Cinderella's Prince/ Wolf)
Jamie is one of the country's acclaimed actors,
garnering critical acclaim for nearly every theatre production
he has starred in. Jamie was last seen as the Emcee in NVC's Cabaret
where he not only received rave reviews, but was also nominated
for an Aliw Award for Best Actor in a Musical. Other NVC acting
credits include lead roles in: Frozen, Sacrilege, The Blue
Room, Stop Kiss, Angels In America Parts 1 and 1 (Millenium Approaching
and Perestroika), Rent, VDay 2003: A Benefit Performance of The
Vagina Monologues (performing the first male monologue, which
he co-wrote) and Stones In His Pockets. Other recent
theatre credits include: Hurly Burly, Les Parent Terribles,
Speed the Plow, Our Country's Good and Francis (all
for AAI); Midsummer Night's Dream, Broadway Bound, Biloxi
Blues, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Camelot and South Pacific
(all for Repertory Philippines). His TV credits include: MTV
(as a VJ), host of Cybernation, among many others. He
recently starred in the cinemalaya film Big Time where
his critically acclaimed performance gained him a Famas Best Actor
nomination. Jamie is also a popular host, VJ, rocker and poet.
Aside from being a sought after actor and host, Jamie is also
a technical director. His technical directing credits for NVC
include: The Vagina Monologues (Hong Kong and Manila
and around the Philippines), Aspects of Love (Singapore
and Manila), Monique: 25 Years In Theatre, Monique Sings Gershwin,
I Am A Woman, among many others. His concert credits include
production management for major concerts in the Philippines (partial
list: Pulp- Summer Slam, Fete De La Musique, Dionne Warwick,
Kenny Loggins, Brian McKnight, Kevyn Lettau, Julia Fordham,
among many others.
